Jacques Clarence Duvenhage, Chinelle van der Westhuizen

Abstract

This paper is intended to deal with
disabilities under the affirmative action regime and
how to ensure that people with disabilities enjoy equal
employment opportunities more effectively. South
African norms must therefore be in conjunction with
International standards and norms to create more
effective affirmative action policies and to ensure that
people with disabilities have a right to equality, not
only internationally, but also in South Africa.
