Abstract


This study explored the contradictions and subjects concerning the indoor energy saving and health faced often by the public organizations’ buildings in Taiwan from the measured data and user interviews obtained in implementing the diagnosis and improvement on the subject matters of this program in 2014.Come up with the improvement suggestions, hoping to extend the existing buildings’ service life and reduce their life cycle cost (LCC) through conducting diagnosis and improvement on them to realize the concept of sustainable building.
