Abstract

Dengue fever (DF) is the most common mosquito-borne viral disease that affects humans. It has become a major health problem in Sri-Lanka. School teachers can act as knowledge of dengue transferring and behaviors related to dengue changing agents of students in particular and community in general.
Aim: This qualitative study aimed to get insight on knowledge, attitudes and practices of DF prevention among, secondary school teachers in a Medical Officer of Health (MOH) Area in Central Sri-Lanka.
