Abstract

This research was about the factors analysis and
goodness-of-fit investigation on the talent management model of
establishment in the eastern industries of Thailand as well as
invariance test of model between the establishments owned by Thai
people and foreign people. The results revealed that the talent
management model of establishment in the eastern industries of
Thailand composed of four components including the personnel
recruitment, personnel development, individual identification, and
personnel motivation. The model displayed decent goodness-of-fit
to the empirical data at the good level (χ2 = 5.18, df. = 5, p = .394,
CFI = 1.00, GFI = .997, and RMSEA = .009), and the talent
management model of establishment in the eastern industries of
Thailand between the establishments owned by Thai people and
foreign people had no variance of the model form but there was a
variance of the coefficient value of the first and second-order
factors.
